The new patient portal allows parents to easily switch between all the accounts associated with an email.  This is a great feature for families to easily toggle between kids who each want their own rewards account. While signed into one account, you can access your others at any time by clicking on the “Switch Account” tab on the top right side of the screen.

Next, choose the account you want to switch from the drop down.

After switching accounts you can proceed with the alternate account as you normally would. You can view the total points, add a referral or redeem the earned points for an Amazon/Tango gift card or any products offered by your practice.

To go back to your other account, just click on the name of the account you want to use from the “Switch Account” drop down again.

Remember: You can switch between accounts only if they are linked to the same email address.
