We LOVE giving our patients the ability to redeem for e-gift cards sent directly to their email. We know it is an option to use physical gift cards but we didn’t want to have to deal with patients telling us they never received the card in the mail. Now we have confirmation from both ends.
Our patients love the rewards program. It’s fun for us to see their reaction when they redeem their points and receive their reward.
