Forgetting the password to login to your patient portal is common and but we won’t let it stop you from getting your rewards! Here are a few different ways to request a new password:
1. Click on the “Forgot password?” link on your patient portal login page. Then, follow the steps below:
- Enter your registered email id or username and click on the green “Submit” button.

You will receive an email from BuzzyDoc with a reset password link to your registered e-mail address.

Follow the “click here” link from the email. On the next screen you will add a new password for your account and hit “Submit”.

You can now login to your patient portal site with the new password your created.
2. During your next visit, ask a staff member to email you your account information. You will receive an email (from BuzzyDoc) with your account info and a link to reset your password making it easy for you to login again.
