We are sorry to hear that you have not received your points for your accomplishments (i.e No Broken Brackets, Community Service, On Time for Appointment, A’s on report card, etc) or for leaving a review for your practice on Facebook, Google+ ,etc but unfortunately, we cannot issue points on your office’s behalf but if you contact them to let them know what happened they should have no problem fixing your account.
