Redeeming the points you’ve earned at your practice is easy when you follow these steps:

Log-in to the patient portal site using your email/username and password. If you don’t remember your password see the “Request Password” article for more information.

Once you are logged in, the number of points you currently have in your BuzzyDoc account will be visible on your dashboard.

To redeem your points, click on the blue “Redeem Now” button on dashboard or click the “Redeem Points” option from your navigation sidebar.

On the next screen you will select what type of reward you want to redeem your points for (a Tango or Amazon e-gift card) by clicking on the green “Redeem” button.

You will instantly receive an e-gift card redemption code to the email address associated with your rewards account.

Load your redemption code into the appropriate site and enjoy!
**You can also have a staff member assist you in redeeming when you are in the office on your next visit. Like redeeming on your own, you will receive an e-gift card redemption code to the email address associated with your rewards account.
