Where Will My Redemption Be Sent?

Depending on what you ordered, your rewards will be sent to one of the following:

  • Amazon/Tango Gift Card: Redemption codes (e-gift cards) are emailed instantly to the inbox of the email address on your account. As soon as you redeem, be on the look out for an email from ‘TANGO’ and make sure you check you Spam and Junk folders as well. You’ll never have to wait for a prize to come in mail again!

  • Products and Services: These rewards will be redeemed and picked up in your office.

  • Gift Coupons: These rewards will be redeemed and picked up in your office.

  • Physical Item from the Prize List (Legacy Clients Only): Once a prize is ordered it will arrive at your DOCTOR’S OFFICE within 3-4 weeks for pick up.
